There have been some states in the United States that are trying to develop new pieces of law to allow public private partnerships (PPP´s/P3´s) in its territory. Other states already have well developed legislation and many infrastructure deals involving private financing have taken place in the last years.
I want to dedicate a post to each state implementing PPP legislation in this blog, states that already have it will have a post for themselves too. But let me start with states that are in the process of initiating it. I want to focus on the possible consequences of the changes, I won´t focus on the legal aspects so much.
At the beginning of this "project" I´ll publish information about the following states:
- POST 1. Alabama
- POST 2. Ohio
- POST 3. California
- POST 4. Arizona
- POST 5. Nevada
- POST 6. Michigan
If you want to know more about this series of posts write your email in the box below and you will receive all this information I´m just about to publish.
What other states would you like to know about? Leave a comment
